so Bochy's biggest asset is what?

If his greatest asset to the team is managing egos then this team does not need the Rowands and the Renterias... otherwise, what are you paying Bochy for.

Everyone says "Bochy has done such a great job of managing the clubhouse"... but then say "its a great bunch of guys, especially the vets."

So who's keeping the clubhouse loose? the Vets or Bochy? do really need both, can we trade one of them for some freakin talent.

Frankly I think the best clubhouse guys are also the talented (at least for this season) guys: Pablo, Uribe, Lincecum, Cain, etc.

Winn, Aurilia, Rents, Rowand, etc. are dead weight. Bochy is dead weight, too, but seems like we are stuck with him for another year.
