2 years max for either and stick him in LF. Dye is a better fit with his right-handed power bat. Damon's newly found power won't play well in SF, but he would be valuable at leadoff.

Lewis should be gone.
Torres is a 5th OF/defensive replacement.
Schierholtz should start in RF - make or break year.
Velez is a good spot starter at 2B or LF.

Bowker is the wildcard. If Bam Bam can help him to a breakout year, then there is no need for another LF. But that's a big if.
