As pretty as long ball is, Molina was batting a mere .265 with runners in scoring position. A OBP of .308 and see 3.23 P/PA. Beltre is just another free swinger like Molina. Giants need to pursue hitters like Johnson who are patient and make pitchers work. Those are hitters the Giants need.
