Well, maybe not anyone.

My point is I don't want to see a Rowand, or even a Renteria.

Eventually I want to see Neal and Crawford and other prospects on the field.

I would rather not make any long term commitments to any of the FAs out there. Considering the two best FA hitters are limited to LF, I am not sure that I want to invest $15 mil+ a year on that position, when it is the easiest position to fill and many of my prospects are OFers.

Also, this offense was so bad, it doesn't take a whole lot to improve it.

Out of the group posted, I would go with Johnson because there is not an obvious 1b prospect (Pill is not really a true prospect) and I think we can get him for a year or two only.

I think Beltre and LaRoche will want more money and more years.

If DeRosa could play SS like Uribe, i would be interested, but everythign being equal I would prefer Uribe to resign rather than spending money on DeRosa.

I would try and add a right-handed outfield bat as well, like Johnny Gomes.

I am not sure what the lineup would look like on a consistent basis... But Johnson is going to add some obp and Gomes and Uribe would add some power.

And I would just start Posey at C. (which would also add some obp).
