The Reds aren't going to give him away. One of Alonso or Votto could play LF, they're both decent athletes.

The Giants don't really have the ammo to trade for high profile prospects. The only chips they have that could return a player like that are Lincecum, Cain, Sanchez, Bumgarner, Posey and Sandoval. None of those guys are going anywhere. Wheeler could have some value, but he's done jack so far so it would be selling at the basement.
