Gotta wonder how many more innings they're gonna give him this yr- my guess is they cut him off around 160, maybe 170 max. That's really not alot of starts left if you think about it. 30-40 more innings is 5-7 more starts (@ 6 innings a piece) at the most. Considering his drop in velocity from 2008-2009, I doubt they'd mess around with pushing him much farther than that at age 20. Maybe 180 if they're really desperate?
I'm a little surprised none of the local Beat reporters have been hounding the Giants staff about more info on Bumgarner's cut-off point.
