get a couple ABs either this Sept or next if only for the Big League Ballclub to confirm info and instruct them on what to improve on for the next yr. We're in a good enough position to allow these guys the proper time to develop the right way. This is how good & successful organizations do it- not being forced to make your young prospects sink or swim until they're ready.
