why is this guy so much better than Rowand at the plate that it justifies starting him over Rowand right away? Yes, I know Rowand sucks, but he has been underperforming this year and still doesn't seem that much worse an option compared to Guillen. In any case, I hadn't noticed how ineffective he's been with the bat until now.
Hopefully Guillen will do better in the NL, but considering his glove, his lack of a track record as a good hitter and age, why start him in RF in a division with big outfields and a home park with a notoriously difficult RF?
