and the averages on the fastball don't take into account what he used to throw in different scenarios. While his fastball averaged 94 two years ago (he could top out at 97 or so). When it was 92mph last season (he still threw it at 95mph on occasion). This season he has consistently thrown in the 90-91 range. He has had a few starts were it touched 94mph, but in most starts he got no higher than 93.
