He's having one of his worst offensive yrs, and there had been trade talks involving his name. Prior to this yr he had always been an above avg OBP guy with a surprising amount of RBI for his spot(s) in the lineup. Defensively he can play everywhere above avg, so at the very least he could fill-in as a part-time starter like Uribe does currently. I realize he isn't the "shoot for the stars" option, but I guess I see our offseason limitations in a different light than being able to grab 3 or 4 All-Stars without having to sacrifice anything.
