If the G's really like him, they may offer like a 3yr. $15-16.5M type contract & avoid arb all together.

DeRosa is nothing more than a super utility guy next yr. He can't be counted on to be 100% next yr, as he's already shown the last 2 yrs that the wrist is pretty finicky..
