It would be pretty hard to put two more rookies in the starting lineup at the same time, when you already have limited experience with both Panda and Posey. That would mean 4 out of your 8 position players plus all of the pitching staff, less Zito would be 26 or younger.

Ideally you only start the season with one or the other, & probably Belt since he could be the backup 1B & 4th OFer & receive in upwards of 300-400 ab's in that role.. Neal you maybe bring along a bit more slowly since his stats aren't as gaudy as Belt's and would most likely only be a 5th OF'er, at this point..

BTW, not claiming to have the answers, just sharing my opinions..
