we have one of the best defensive right fielders in the game. bochy always brings him in as a defensive replacement late when we have a lead. cody ross has zero experience playing out there. he brought in our best first baseman in the 9th, why not bring in nate. there's no way to know if he would have faired any better, but shouldn't he have been out there? i had no problem with sanchez starting the 9th, but if you're going to put your best defensive team out there, then do it...
